TRIUMPH THUNDERBIRD 1600 AND 1700 STORM CAT BYPASS (Patent pending)

The new Triumph Thunderbird is an awesome machine and looks a real mean cruiser, powered by an all new parallel twin 1600cc and 1700cc of pure grunt. However, the gas flow is restricted by the Catalytic Converter which reduces power and the bike doesn't sound great.

Gives the bike a louder deep tone growl and sounds awesome with standard pipes and even louder with our after market slip on mufflers.

This pipe assembly incorporating the balance cross pipe ensures an even back pressure, the central joint enables a perfect fit not stressing any joints or seals. This unit has the two support brackets to ensure the system has rigidity when fitted.

Significant Performance increase, especially midrange, and will improve between 10 to 15 BHP (estimated) Riders who have had this modification love it and say they can really feel the power increase.

Improved throttle response and acceleration.

Does not need re mapping (fuel adjustment) Lambda sensor (in each pipe) and ECU re-maps to suit the increased exhaust flow.

This system is made from top quality 304 stainless steel and professionally polished to a chrome like finish.

4. No fuel re-mapping needed, the Lambda sensor and ECU recognises the change and adjusts the mixture to suit.
